1. Commissions & Deposits
All bespoke commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon the selection of cloth and finalization of style details. The remaining balance is due upon the final fitting and delivery of the garment.
2. Fitting Obligations
The client agrees to attend all scheduled fittings (typically two to three) in a timely manner. Delays in attending fittings will correspondingly delay the final completion date of the garment.
3. Alterations
Any alterations resulting from a significant change in the client's body weight or dimensions between the initial measurement and the final fitting may incur additional charges.
4. Limitation of Liability
Mistyclover Raccoon Sartorial Ltd. is not affiliated with any external fabric merchants or third-party brands mentioned in an illustrative capacity. We are not liable for the natural wear, tear, or improper dry cleaning of garments once they have been delivered.
